2016
"One day Review Workshop on Community Colleges in South India" was organized by ICRDCE, Chennai on 6 th February 2016, at Loyola College, Chennai in which 78 participants from 56 Community College participated. The objective of review workshop is regarding clarification and discussion on National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Certification and other developments for skill development programmes in India.

2015
• Workshop on NSDC Alignment of Community College Curriculum: Ms. Meghali Prabhakar from NSDC gave training to the ICRDCE and Community College Directors for aligning the curriculum of Community Colleges according to NSDC, National Occupational Standards, Quality Packs and NSQF Levels on 2nd March 2015 in which 13 participants from 6 Community Colleges and ICRDCE Team participated.
• Workshop on NSDC Alignment of Community College Curriculum: ICRDCE, Chennai organized "Workshop on NSDC Alignment of Community College Curriculum" on 13th, 14th & 15th, April 2015 at ICRDCE Office, Chennai in which 14 participants from 8 Community Colleges participated and they aligned three Curriculum according the NSDC Model.

• One Day Workshop on Community Colleges: "One day Workshop on Community Colleges" organised by Saint Mary's College, Shillong, Meghalaya in collaboration with ICRDCE, Chennai on 22nd April 2015, 82 participants participated.
• One Day Workshop on Community Colleges: "One day Workshop on Community Colleges"organised by St. Anthony's College, Shillong, Meghalaya in collaboration with ICRDCE organized on 23rd April 2015, 47 participants from 4 organisation participated.
• Workshop on NSDC Alignment of Community College Curriculum: ICRDCE, Chennai organized "Workshop on NSDC Alignment of Community College Curriculum" on 10th, 11th & 12th, August 2015 at ICRDCE Office, Chennai in which 22 participants from 17 Community Colleges participated and they aligned three Curriculum according the NSDC Model.

2014
• ICRDCE, Chennai,  organized introducing the General Duty Assistant Programme approved by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) at Asha Nivas, Chennai on 19th of March 2014 in which 62 participants from 39 organizations are participated from different parts of Tamilnadu.
• Ministry of rural Development, New Delhi and National Institute of rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad in collaboration with ICRDCE, Chennai organised to "Introduce Aajeevika Skills for Programme to Community Colleges" at NIRD, Hyderabad on 15th and 16th of May 2014. 48 participants from 43 organisations.
2013
• Workshop on Community College & its implementations organised by Central University of Rajasthan, Jaipur at Jaipur on 15th January, 2013. - 63 Participants from 17 Organizations
• Seminar on "Community College - New Dimension for Skill Development Education in India" "Community College Movement: The Pan Indian Scenario - ICRDCE Model" - 24th January, 2013 at Kolkata organised by Association of Indian Community Colleges, Kolkata in collaboration with Indian Centre for Research and Development of Community Education (ICRDCE), Chennai - 45 Participants from 20 Organizations.

• Workshop on Community Colleges organised by Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI), New Delhi in collaboration with Indian Centre for Research and Development of Community Education (ICRDCE), Chennai and North East Diocese Social Forum (NEDSF), Guwahati "Community College Movement: The Pan Indian Scenario - ICRDCE Model", at Guwahati - 22nd and 23rd of March, 2013. 35 Participants from 17 Organizations

• Workshop on Community Colleges organised by the Central University of Mizoram, Mizoram in collaboration with Indian Centre for Research and Development of Community Education (ICRDCE), Chennai "Community College Movement: The Pan Indian Scenario - ICRDCE Model" at Mizoram - 25th March, 2013. 54 Participants from 34 Organizations.
• Workshop on Community Colleges organised by Patna Women's College in Collaboration with State Government of Bihar and Indian Centre for Research and Development of Community Education (ICRDCE), Chennai "Community College Movement: The Pan Indian Scenario - ICRDCE Model" - 13th April, 2013. 75 Participants from 50 Organizations.
• Workshop and Review on Community Colleges in the states of Jharkhand, Orissa, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh organised by ICRDCE, Chennai in Collaboration with UPAYA Community Colleges, Rajgangpur at SVD Provincial House, Jharshaguda "Community College Movement: The Pan Indian Scenario - ICRDCE Model " on 5th and 6th of December 2013. 52 Participants from 25 Organizations.

2012
• The workshop was organized by the Centre of Rural Health and Social Education (CRSHE), Yellagiri Hills in collaboration with ICRDCE, Chennai on 9th of March 2012, at CRSHE Capmus, in which 18 members participated from CRSHE.
• The workshop was organized by the South Central India Network for Development Alternatives (SCINDeA), Yellagiri Hills in collaboration with ICRDCE, Chennai on 16th of April 2012, at CRSHE Capmus, in which 18 members participated from CRSHE.
• Workshop on improving admissions in Community Colleges at ICRDCE Office, Chennai - 28th April, 2012 - 15 Participants from 8 Community Colleges
2011
The workshop was organised by the Catholic diocesan Educational Society of Udaipur in collaboration with ICRDCE, Chennai on 26th and 27th July 2011 at St. Paul's Senior Secondary School, Udaipur.  It was attended by 70 participants.
The workshop was organized by the Indian Institute of Bio Social Research and Development (IBARD), Kolkata in collaboration with ICRDCE, Chennai on 19th of July 2011 at IBRAD Campus, in which 36 participants from 11 organisations participated.
Review Workshop on Community College
                The Community College Movement is going in India for the last 16 years (1996-2011). It has spread its wings all over India with 325 Community Colleges in 20 States of India.  ICRDCE conducted a National Workshop on Total Quality Management of Community Colleges on 26th and 27th January 2011 at Joe Beach, Chennai.
• The Proceedings of the Workshop has been published as a book “Bettering the Best” which contains Quality Parameters:-  Academic, Administrative, Financial and Impact on the Community on Total Quality Management of Community Colleges. Based on these parameters ICRDCE initiated a Workshop and Review of Community Colleges as a follow-up of the National Workshop in Tamilnadu and Karnataka and the Northern States of Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa and West Bengal.
• The Workshops were very well attended. It had 376 Participants, 92 Presentations and the Review was done for 123 Colleges and 43 Upcoming Community Colleges also participated. Meaningful interactions took place among the colleges.

2010

• One Day Workshop on Community College System organized by N.H.K. Welfare Foundation on 17th of January 2010, West Bengal
• Two days workshop on Operational Mechanism and Functioning of IGNOU Community Colleges organized by ICRDCE on 23rd and 24th of March 2010, Chennai 67 participants from 51 organizations
• Two days workshop on Operational Mechanism and Functioning of IGNOU Community Colleges organized by ICRDCE on 6th and 7th of April 2010, Ranchi 36 participants from 26 organizations
• One day orientation programme on Community Colleges for sisters from St. Joseph's of Cluny from Bangalore Province at Bellary on 9th of October 2010, 25 participants.
